Russell Mahoney is Vice President, Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability (PACS) for Coca-Cola ASEAN and South Pacific. He leads the company’s PACS team across Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific and also serves on the company’s senior leadership team in the region.
Russell joined the Coca-Cola South Pacific team in Sydney in 2016 holding PACS roles of increasing seniority. Before his current role, he served as Group Director, Public Policy for Coca-Cola ASEAN and South Pacific.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Russell headed up the communications function for Australia and New Zealand’s largest supermarket group, Woolworths. He was also the Communications Director for the Australian Prime Minister, Julia Gillard and an adviser and Chief of Staff to various government minsters. Prior to his government service, he was a television and radio journalist for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
Russell is based in Singapore.
